“老外HERE-锦城大院火锅杯”首届中外火锅大赛即将在成都举行

都说美食在巴蜀，谈起火锅儿最成都。火锅，那是征服了多少了中国人和老外的嘴和心啊。近日多家主流媒体争相报道了“老外HERE•锦城大院火锅杯”2017首届中外火锅交流会暨首届中外火锅友谊大赛将在中国•四川•成都举行。

There is plenty of great food In Sichuan, and the most famous dish of them all is Hot Pot. Hot Pot is a popular choice for locals and foreigners alike. Recently, mainstream medias reported the upcoming event hosted by LAOWAI HERE and JINCHENG Courtyard Hot Pot Restaurant 2017 called ‘The Great Hot Pot Cook-Off’ This event will be held in Chengdu soon.

据悉，本次比赛将有来自中国、美国、英国、法国、俄罗斯、南非、新西兰、澳大利亚、印度、卢旺达10个国家的代表队参加本次比赛，本次比赛中，各国选手将使用主办方提供的火锅底料、油、辣椒等食材，并可以带上本国特有的香料，炒制出特色的火锅，并放入特定食材，由专业评委及大众评委根据其色香味进行打分，最终决出一二三等奖。本次比赛邀请了火锅炒制大师杨红光先生、知名美食家、画家李长江先生、美国美食家（成都国际学校公共关系主任）Diane女士作为本次大赛的专业评委，并邀请了10位外宾及5位中国火锅爱好者作为本次大赛的大众评委，共同对本次比赛选手进行评分。

We know there will be many international teams who are going to attend this contest from United States, Britain, France, Chinese, Russia, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, India, Rwanda, 10 countries in total. In the contest, all the participants will use the basic Hot pot materials, oil ,Sichuan peppers, and other ingredients provided by the organizers, they are also allowed to bring their special ingredients from their own countries .The organizing committee has invited the hot pot making master Yang hongguang, the famous painter , gourmet Li changjiang, and American Diane Sonam, director of Community relations for Chengdu international school , three of them will be the professional judge team to sample and score each team’s cooking. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 hot pots.

本次活动由老外HERE-外籍人士生活服务与国际跨文化交际平台、四川蜀三国餐饮管理有限公司主办，锦城大院火锅全国连锁冠名，并得到众多机构的支持，本次比赛的支持机构分别有华美牙科（HUAMEI DENTAL）、优步Uber、成都第一健康医疗管理有限公司（TOP HEALTHY MEDICAL）、蚂蚁亲子游、微摄电影工作室(WS Film Studio)、成都东宸文化传媒有限公司（Chengdu dongchen cultural media co., ltd.）、腾邦旅游（Tempus tour）、见山天然苏打水、成都门铺集科技有限公司（Chengdu Menpuji Technology co.,ltd）等

This event shall be hosted by Shu of Three Kingsdoms Sichuan Catering Management Co.,Ltd and Laowai Here -Expat Life Service Platform, and supported by many companies ,HUAMEI DENTAL,UBER,TOP HEALTHY MEDICAL,WS Film Studio, Chengdu dongchen cultural media co., ltd.Tempus tour, Chengdu Menpuji Technology co.,ltd and so on.

本次大赛将在中国•四川•成都市高新区盛和三路333号锦城大院火锅店举办。

This event will be hosted in the JINCHENG Courtyard Hot Pot Restaurant in the hi-tech zone of Chengdu.
